Artifacts Audit Information
The Audit Viewer User Interface (UI) contains two tables. The Artifacts table shows all the artifacts that meet the required search criteria in the search pane on the left in the Audit Viewer screen. The actions table shows all the Audit actions from a selected artifact in the Artifacts table, that meets the search criteria as specified in the search pane.
The descriptions of the Artifacts table columns are as follows:

Action |
Specifies the type of action. This can be one of the actions such as Add, Update, and Delete. |

Specifies the status of the action. This can be one of the actions such as Incomplete, Completed, and Failed. |

Specifies the user who performed the action on the artifact |

Viewing the Audit action input data
For every action in the action table, the action input data can be viewed through a context menu on the action row. This action input data contains the data which is, for example, added, updated, or deleted.
